Why Actors Take This Class Actors come to this training because they know something in their work needs to shift — and they’re ready for real change. This class is for actors who feel: • They’re not getting cast, or they’re stuck in the same roles • They’re not confident in their choices • They don’t have range or options in a scene • They’re not emotionally available to their partner or themselves • They’re thinking instead of responding • They can’t stay present; they’re not living and breathing in the moment • They know they have talent, but it’s not showing up on camera This training directly targets those blocks. As Sanford Meisner said: “Acting is living truthfully under imaginary circumstances.” This class teaches you how to do exactly that — consistently, instinctively, and with emotional depth. Frances’s students work. They get cast. Many book film, television, commercial, and theatre roles — often shortly after beginning this training. What You’ll Learn This program follows the full, traditional Meisner sequence and builds the foundation every serious actor needs. About Frances Saxton Frances Saxton is a British actress, Designated Meisner Teacher, and the founder of Saxton Elite Acting Coaching LLC. Trained in both Los Angeles and London, she has coached more than 1,000 actors across the US and UK. Her teaching blends classical technique, movement based training, and the full Meisner progression to create actors who are truthful, instinctive, and compelling on camera. Her performance background spans classical theatre, contemporary drama, comedy, and film. Frances is known for her sharp eye, grounded approach, and her ability to help actors unlock authentic, emotionally connected work.
